Understanding the Trial Limitations for the County Population Tool

If you’re using the trial version of the County Population tool, it’s important to understand its limitations to ensure you get the most out of the feature.

1. County Limit for Trial Users

The trial version of the tool allows for a maximum of 100 counties to be populated. This means that only up to 100 unique counties can be populated during the trial period. Once you reach this limit, further updates will not trigger county population until you move to a paid subscription.

2. Trial Expiration

The trial period lasts for 14 days from the moment you install the tool. After this period, if you have not upgraded to a full subscription, the functionality will be limited, and the county population feature will no longer work. Make sure to subscribe before the trial expires to continue using the tool without interruption.

3. Mass Update Limitation

When performing a mass update of records, the tool will update a maximum of 100 records at a time. This ensures that even during bulk updates, you can process a significant volume of records, though multiple batches may be needed to update larger datasets.

4. Check Your County Population Progress

To keep track of how many counties have been populated and where you stand within the 100 county limit, you can check the County Count Summary page. Simply visit the following link:
https://<org url>/apex/objectif__CountyCountSummaryPage .

This page provides an overview of your trial usage and will show how many counties have been populated so far.

By keeping an eye on your county population count and managing your updates, you can maximize the effectiveness of the trial period and decide whether to move forward with a full subscription before your trial expires.
